ATEX headlamp Petzl PIXA 1 (Zone 2/22), 60 lm

Versatile ATEX-rated LED headlamp with CONSTANT LIGHTING automatic light adjustment technology. Thanks to the wide, even and optically high-quality light pattern, it is ideal for working at close range. Depending on the need, Pixa can be used as a headlamp, helmet lamp or spot light. The lamp shines with the same intensity throughout the burning time. It also provides plenty of scattered light to the sides, which greatly facilitates work in the dark.

The lamp head can be turned at a very wide angle and oriented as needed. When the fixture is turned to the storage position, the lens is protected and the switch is locked so that the lamp cannot be turned on accidentally. The batteries are quick and easy to replace. The large switch also makes it easy to handle the lamp with gloves and makes it easy to turn it on and off. Comfortable, adjustable, dirt-repellent and machine-washable headband.

Pixa is very solidly built. It can withstand falls from a height of 2 meters, shocks equivalent to 80 kg and a number of chemicals. The lamp is developed to e.g. can be stored in the toolbox or be stepped on. It is also waterproof to a depth of 1 m and dustproof (IP67), and also does not require special care if it gets wet. Suitable for use where there is a high risk of explosion: Meets ATEX zone 2/22 (II 3 GD Ex nA ic IIB T4 Gc tc IIIC T135°C Dc) standard requirements. Can be used in spaces with gas (zone 2) and dust (zone 22) when the ignition temperature is 135°C or higher. Powered by 2 AA/LR6 batteries (included), and can also be used with Ni-MH, Ni-Cd and lithium batteries. Weight incl. batteries: 160 g. The lamp is CE-marked and has a 3-year warranty.
