Attention light / Led-flare Sirius Signal eVDSD, white

The Sirius Signal C-1003 is a patented LED flare / attention light for boating providing white light with SOS signal (eVDSD-approved). The LED flare is significantly safer, more user-friendly and longer burning than traditional pyrotechnic flares. The C-1003 LED torch is fully waterproof and floats so that the light section floats well above the water surface, visible up to 10 nautical miles. The optics of the lens are designed to reflect the light both sideways (for surface rescue vessels) and upwards (for aircraft), ensuring maximum visibility. While traditional pyrotechnic flares offer a burn time of approximately 60 seconds, the C-1003 LED flare burns continuously for up to 60 hours. Compared to a traditional torch, the LED torch has another major advantage in addition to its burn time: it never expires and remains operational with a simple battery change.

Unlike a traditional pyrotechnic torch, the LED torch is safe for the family and the environment. The torch works with three C batteries, which are easy to replace yourself. The emergency flare also comes with an emergency whistle and an orange indicator panel.

Quick guide

Unscrew the light lens. Insert the supplied C batteries into the battery compartment with the minus poles facing upwards (the plus poles remain facing the lens). Turn the light on by turning the lens clockwise, which also acts as a switch, until it closes. Turn the light off by turning the switch open. When the light goes out, make one more complete turn to ensure that the lamp does not accidentally light up during storage.
