LUMONITE Leader is an LED helmet light developed for the toughest and most demanding conditions of use, when you need absolute maximum performance. The lamp's laboratory-measured luminous flux of 6838 lumens in combination with the modern and finely honed optics gives a lamp in a class of its own. Lumonite Leader's carefully designed lens provides a combination light cone that shines both wide and far, evenly distributed over the entire field of vision. In the middle there is a spot with a range of 388 meters, and the wide cone of light all around illuminates the immediate area without any problems. Whether you're racing, mountain biking, downhill, enduro, or just looking for a really good bike light for your commute, the Leader provides the best size/power ratio on the market.

Lumonite Leader is designed with user feedback as a basis, and has been developed to suit the most demanding conditions of use. Thanks to Leader's optimal light cone, the entire field of vision is illuminated from side to side. Combined with the substantial luminous flux of 6838 lm, it provides excellent visibility regardless of the situation. At a lower power, the lamp works excellently as a warning light when cycling in traffic, and at a higher power, the lamp turns night into day.

The included battery can be easily mounted on the bicycle frame with Velcro, placed in the pocket or backpack. There is also a product selection that includes a battery harness for easy and convenient battery storage. Leader is easily mounted in the helmet's air hole using velcro, which is suitable for all types of bicycle helmets. Both packages also include a headband, which enables you to also use the lamp as a highly efficient headlamp! In addition, the light head is GoPro compatible, so the light can be mounted on virtually any GoPro mount.

The lamp is compatible with other products in the LUMONITE DX series, e.g. batteries and mounts in various sizes.

Lumonite Slimcore lithium-ion battery included in the packages offers an operating time of more than two hours, up to 59 hours depending on which power mode is used. The battery can be attached with the ingenious Slimholder attachment to, for example, the bicycle frame, and the strong aluminum casing protects the battery's cells from impacts. Slimcore is also equipped with a five-step indicator that tells you how much power is left in the battery with the push of a button. Intelligent battery management does not turn off the light all at once, but lowers the light output slightly before the battery is discharged - this way you are not suddenly left in the dark.

Emergency lights – doesn't leave you in the dark when the battery runs out

Lumonite DX6500's lamp fixture is equipped with an advanced backup light function. Instead of running completely out of battery and turning off suddenly, the light flux is automatically reduced to approx. 250 lumens when only a few percent of the battery remains. This emergency mode gives you over an hour of extra light, all so that you are not left alone in the dark.

Quick guide

Lumonite DX series lamps are easy to use. The lamp is switched on by using the switch on the top of the lamp. Then a button press switches between the effect modes in the order low-med-high. The maximum mode is activated with a simple double click. Double-click again to return to the previous effect mode.
