The Scangrip UNIMATCH is a versatile rechargeable headlamp designed specifically for paint inspection. The lamp offers two separate light sources: a wide main beam with a maximum light output of 150 lumens and a flat beam that is ideal for inspecting larger areas, while a narrow spot light at the end of the light is more suitable for inspecting small details. The UNIMATCH is equipped with a high color rendering index (CRI), two-stage light output adjustment and stepless color temperature adjustment (2500-6500K), which together allow you to create suitable conditions for inspecting all types of paint surfaces, regardless of the environment. In general, warm color tones are better on light and bright surfaces, while cool ones work better on dark surfaces. The high CRI value of the lamp (CRI+ 95) ensures that the colors of the surface being shown, any paint defects and holograms are reflected to the eye accurately (in the same way as in natural light), which means that even the smallest defects do not go unnoticed.

UNIMATCH weighs only 50 grams, and its soft and flexible headband makes it comfortable even for long periods of use. In addition to a traditional headlamp, the lamp can be used as a clip-on lamp, for example on a cap, and thanks to the magnetic base, the light can also be attached to any metal surface, allowing the light to be continuously and evenly focused on a specific point. In addition, the lamp can be rotated a full 360° on the headband, allowing the light to be directed at the surface being examined at just the right angle. The lamp is powered by a built-in 800 mAh li-ion battery, which can be charged in a modern way via the USB-C charging port on the side of the lamp. The IP65 water and dust resistance allows for worry-free use in all types of environments.
