The flashlight's special feature is its ability to produce a red light with an unusually long range of up to 200 meters (5500 mW - 310 lm), according to the manufacturer. The red light preserves the user's night vision and thus improves vision in the dark. With red light, you can see better even after you turn off the light. For example, you can read a map or observe your surroundings while maintaining your maximum night vision. In addition, some animals, such as deer, see the spectrum of red color quite poorly, so the red light is also suitable for hunting. This is particularly useful for those who move around in nature, and the use of red light thus provides completely new opportunities for working in the dark, with, for example, observing animals.

TK25 RED also has a white light that has a max. luminous flux of 1000 lumens and 225 meter range, according to the manufacturer, which is the best for lighting, positioning and general lighting of large areas. With Fenix's patented, durable DLS rotary switch, switching between white and red light can be done literally in an instant - by turning the rotary switch at the bottom of the lamp head. The TK25 RED light can be easily operated even with gloves on, as its robust frame design and easy-to-use rotary switches and dual switches with tactical functions are easily accessible and easy to use.

The lamp's efficiency and operating times are top class. The latest LED technology and the latest power management circuit enable, in addition to long operating times, a strong and continuous 1000 lumen white light as well as a highly efficient 5500 mW - 310 lm red light. Four settings for white light and three for red light always provide the optimal combination of lighting and operating time.
