The Nitecore HA23 UHE is a lightweight, battery-powered headlamp designed to be both a daily multi-purpose light and a hiking and trekking lamp. Powered by three AAA batteries, the headlamp produces up to 600 lumens of maximum light output, and its even combination beam spreads light effectively over the surrounding area and also directs it 132 meters forward. The HA23 UHE is also equipped with an adjustable color temperature, meaning you can choose between a warm 3000K, neutral 4500K or cool 6500K color temperature. The adjustable color temperature allows you to optimize the light beam for different weather and terrain conditions: in snow and rain, a warm color tone is better than a cold one, while in clear weather, cooler colors offer better visibility and maximize range. In addition, the lamp also has a separate red light function for situations where you want to preserve your night vision as much as possible.

The HA23 UHE weighs only 56 grams and its headband made of flexible and breathable material ensures a good fit even during fast-paced activities. The lamp comes with a handy diffuser bag, which can be used to instantly transform it into a lantern, e.g. when camping, and also comes with a handy clip mount, which can also be used as a cap light! The shock-, water- and dust-resistant construction, long operating times, easy user interface and versatile lighting features make the HA23 UHE an excellent companion for all adventures! The lamp operates on three AAA batteries, but it can also be used with a Nitecore HLB1500 battery, which allows for uninterrupted use of the lamp on longer trips. Five-year (60-month) warranty!

Quick guide

The lamp has two switches: a power switch and a MODE button. The power switch is used to turn the lamp on and off and to change the power mode, and the MODE button is used to adjust the color temperature.

On/Off: Press and hold the power button for about 1 second to turn the light on or off.

Changing the power mode: When the light is on, tap the power switch to change the power mode. The power modes change as follows with each press: Ultralow -> Low -> Medium -> High.

Ultralow: With the light on, double-click the power switch to activate Ultralow mode.

Changing the color temperature: When the light is on, tap the MODE button to switch between warm (3000K), neutral (4500K) and cool white (6500K).

Red light: When the light is off, press and hold the MODE button for about 1 second, the red light will turn on in LOW mode. Tap the power button to switch between Low and High power modes.

SOS and Beacon: With the light on or off, double-click the MODE button to activate the SOS flash. Tap the power switch to switch between the flashing lights. The functions cycle with each press as follows: SOS -> Beacon -> Slow Flash. Double-click the MODE button to return to the previously used power mode.

Key lock: When the light is not on, press and hold both the power button and the Mode button simultaneously for about 2 seconds until the light flashes 3 times. Disable key lock in the same way.
