Headlamp Nitecore HC35, 2700 lm

The Nitecore HC35 is a highly efficient headlamp that doubles as a flashlight when removed from its headband attachment. The HC35 delivers on turbo power, as much as 2700 lumens for a few minutes and provides a range of over 130 meters with a wide light pattern. The headlamp is perfect for home, hobby activities, work and other demanding situations. The aluminum body has enclosure class IP68, which makes it dustproof and waterproof to a depth of 2 meters. This means that you can drive without worry with the lamp in any weather. The HC35 is powered by a 21700 type battery, which provides up to 45 minutes of burn time even with turbo power. In addition, it can use a standard 18650 battery or 2pcs CR123A batteries. The lamp has 4 LEDs, which gives a very wide (100°) light pattern.

ATTENTION! 2700 Lumen gives the lamp only a few minutes with a fully charged battery. Then the lamp goes down a lot in power mode.

The lamp is controlled by an easy-to-use switch where all light modes of the lamp can be controlled. In addition, the power switch also has a built-in diode to indicate the remaining battery level. For emergencies, the HC35 also has a strobe mode, an SOS mode and a beacon mode. The lamp is also supplied with a belt clip which enables the lamp to be fastened in, for example, the pocket. At the bottom of the lamp, there is a magnet that allows it to be placed on metal surfaces when working or similar. After use, the lamp is easy to charge via the micro-USB connector on the side, which is under the rubber cover.

ATTENTION! Burn times shown in the table are measured under laboratory conditions according to the ANSI / NEMA FL1 standard with a 21700 (5000 mAh) battery. The included 4000 mAh battery has slightly shorter burning times.

WARNING! The luminous flux of the lamp is very high. Although the lamp has an automatic temperature monitor that reduces the light output if the lamp is in danger of overheating, the light energy leaving the lamp can heat materials that are too close to the lens to extremely high temperatures. It is therefore important to follow these safety instructions very carefully:

1. Do not leave the lamp on with any object 6 cm or closer in front of the lens!
2. Unscrew the bottom piece half a turn to prevent the lamp from accidentally turning on in e.g. your pocket or bag.
3. A bright and efficient lamp like this is absolutely not a toy - Do not let the lamp be used by a child without strict supervision.

Quick Guide

Place the battery inside the lamp with the plus pole facing up and then screw on the bottom piece.

On/Off : Press and hold the power button for about 1 second. The lamp lights up in the power mode that was last used at shutdown. The lamp is switched off in the same way by pressing the button for approx. 1 second.

Changing the light mode: When the lamp is on, the light mode is changed through a short press of the switch and rotates in the order Ultralow-Low-Med-High-Turbo. In addition, Ultralow power mode can be quickly accessed through a short press of the power switch while the lamp is off, and Turbo mode can be easily accessed by holding down the power switch for more than 1 second during startup.

ATTENTION! Turbo mode only works with the included battery or other 21700/18650 batteries with a discharge current of more than 8A.

Strobe, Beacon and SOS: When the light is off, double-click the power button. The lamp then starts in Strobe mode. After this, a short press switches to the next light mode in the order Beacon, SOS, Strobe. A long press turns off the light.

Charging: Connect the USB cable to a power adapter, computer or other power source with a USB port. Connect the other end to a Micro-USB port on the lamp. The battery charge indicator on the power switch flashes slowly while charging and lights up statically when the battery is fully charged.

Charging status: HC35 has a battery indicator in the power switch which, during charging, shows the current charging status. The battery voltage is displayed as follows: First series of flashes indicates whole volts, next series is the decimals. For example, when the battery voltage is 4.2 V, the lamp first flashes 4 times, after which it pauses for 1.5 seconds and flashes 2 more times. The battery voltage at different charge levels is roughly according to the table below:

• Empty / almost empty: 3.4-3.5 V
• Halfway: 3.7-3.8V
• Full: 4.2V
