Nitecore HC65 UHE is a rechargeable headlamp with long burning times, great performance and versatile functions, designed especially for challenging outdoor activities and demanding work use. The lamp can be used for either a narrow or wide light beam, and it also has a separate red light function. A narrow spotlight is an excellent partner for e.g. for trail running, the wide light beam is suitable for wide and even lighting of nearby areas, and the red light preserves night vision and makes e.g. map reading easy. The light source in the lamp is an innovative 8-part UHE-led, which, combined with the optical TrueVision lens and a high-performance 4000 mAh li-ion battery, provide a maximum light output of up to 2000 lumens, a light beam reaching 222 meters, and currently up to 3 days of continuous operation.

When the lamp is switched on with a wide light beam, the light spreads over the terrain at an angle of more than 100°, i.e. there are no dark corners in the field of vision, which makes this lamp a great partner for e.g. for camping, hiking, mountain climbing, running and close work. Unlike many other headlamps, the HC65 UHE is equipped with a particularly high color rendering index (CRI>90), i.e. in its light, the colors of the environment look natural, so e.g. it is easier to visualize terrain shapes even in challenging conditions. In order to diversify the use, the lighting angle of the lamp can be adjusted, which enables the light beam to be aimed in a different direction than the eye. This is a handy feature, e.g. when climbing, traveling on narrow paths or working in tight spaces. The HC65 UHE comes with an ergonomic headband made of flexible material and decorated with reflective details.

All functions of the lamp can be operated from the MODE and power buttons on top of the lamp head, which can be pressed easily even when wearing top gloves. The HC65 UHE is indeed a reliable partner for, for example, winter ski hikes lasting several days, which is also taken care of by its high-performance battery, which currently offers up to more than 3 days of operation time at a time. In addition, the light's shock-, dust- and water-resistant construction guarantees that even at mountain heights, on jogging paths lashed by torrential rains or in underground tunnels, operational reliability is not shaken. When the battery is empty, the lamp can be charged from empty to full using modern USB-C charging in only approx. 2 hours. Five-year (60 months) warranty!

Quick guide

On/Off: Press and hold the power button to turn the light on or off. The lamp can also be turned off by pressing the MODE button to the bottom.

Changing the power mode: When the lamp is switched on, it lights up in the Mid power mode. Change the power mode by tapping the power button, and the power modes cycle with each press as follows: Mid -> High -> Higher. Double-click the power button to turn on Turbo and tap the power button to return to the previously used power mode.

Low and Ultralow power modes: When the light is off, double-click the power button to activate Ultralow mode. With Ultralow mode on, tap the power button to switch between Ultralow and Low power modes.

Red light: When the light is off, press and hold the MODE button to switch the red light to Low mode. Tap the power button to toggle between Low, High and flashing modes.

SOS and Beacon: When the light is on or off, double-click the MODE button to turn on the SOS mode. Tap the power button to switch between SOS and beacon modes.

Key lock: With the light off, press and hold both the power button and the MODE button down for 2 seconds until the white light flashes three times and the key lock turns on. Open the key lock in the same way, and the Ultralow mode will light up to indicate that the key lock has been unlocked.

Charging: Connect one end of the USB-C charging cable to the USB-C port on the right side of the lamp head and the other end to e.g. a mains adapter or a power bank.

There are four battery charge indicator lights on the side of the lamp, which indicate the battery status during charging as follows:

• 4 lights: Battery remaining 75-100%
• 3 lights: Battery remaining 50-75%
• 2 lights: Battery remaining 25-75%
• 1 light: Battery remaining 0-25%
