Headlamp Nitecore HC65 V2, 1750 lm

The Nitecore HC65 V2 is a highly efficient headlamp equipped with three LEDs, where each diode has different characteristics (a cool white main light, a broad light with a high color rendering index and a red LED) for hobby and professional use. This updated version of the HC65 offers an amazing luminous flux of 1750 lumens, and thanks to its high power, the headlamp has an impressive range of 165 meters. With a red light, vision in the dark is preserved significantly better than white light, which is a desirable feature for example when taking night photography, reading maps or other similar activities in the dark. The diode with a high color rendering index, on the other hand, reproduces the colors as realistically as possible and, in addition, the diode's really wide light beam is optimal for e.g. for reading or other related work. The HC65 V2 is perfectly suited not only for home use, but also for hobby or even daily work, as the lamp is completely waterproof (IPX8) and shockproof. At maximum output, the headlamp has a burning time of 30 minutes, but with an output of 900 lm, which is enough for e.g. training, the light lasts for more than 2 hours. Charging takes place via the headlamp's hidden and waterproof charging port with a USB-C cable.

Like its predecessor, all functions of the HC65 V2 are conveniently controlled via a single switch. The lamp has 5 power modes for the main light, 3 power modes for the red LED and 1 power mode for the HI-CRI diode as well as 3 different flash functions for emergency situations. The HC65 V2 is powered by the included 3500mAh 18650 battery, but can also be powered by two CR123A batteries in situations where charging is not possible.

WARNING! The lamp has a very high effect. Although the lamp has a temperature protection that lowers the effect if the lamp gets too hot, the light energy itself can heat the nearby material. It is therefore important to observe the following safety measures:

1. Do not leave the lamp on with an obstacle less than 5 cm in front of the lens!
2. Open the battery cover half a turn to prevent accidental switching on, e.g. in a pocket
3. A powerful lamp is not a toy - Do not let a child use the lamp without supervision!

Quick guide

Place the battery inside the lamp (positive coil first) and screw on the cover.

On/Off: With a short press, the light turns on immediately with the lowest power (1 lm). With a long press, the lamp lights up in the previously used power mode. The lamp can be turned on directly in TURBO mode when the power switch is held down, even after the lamp turns on in the previously used power mode. The lamp is turned off by pressing for 1 second.

Power Mode : When the lamp is on, short press the power switch to change the power mode. The lamp changes power mode with each press in the order Ultralow - Low - Medium - High - Turbo. When the light is on, turbo mode can also be accessed by double-clicking the power switch, and the light will switch to turbo mode for 30 seconds.

Special Modes : The red light is lit in low mode when you double-click the power switch while the lamp is off. Then the lamp changes power mode with a short press in the following order: red light-High - Hi-CRI - Flash SOS - red light-Low, etc. The lamp is turned off with a long press.

Charging : Connect the USB cable to a power adapter, computer or other power source and connect the other end to the USB-C port on the lamp. The blue charging indicator flashes constantly (every 1.5 seconds) while charging and lights continuously when the battery is full. If there is a problem with charging, the light will flash very quickly.
