Headlamp Nitecore UT27 Pro, 520 lm

Nitecore UT27 Pro is a very light headlamp with both a spotlight and a wide TrueVision spotlight. The lamp is specially designed for running, but it is also ideal for cycling, hiking and exploring. The narrow beam has a warm, 3000 Kelvin color temperature which is optimal for fog and rain. In the wide beam, the color temperature is cooler, 5700 Kelvin, which is suitable for illuminating a wide area. In addition to white light, the UT27 Pro has a red LED that preserves night vision, a useful feature for night vision, map reading or other similar activities.

The UT27 Pro offers up to 520 lumens of light output and is powered by a removable USB-C rechargeable battery (or alternatively three AAA batteries). When using a battery, the lamp burns with a wide light beam, for example at 200 lm for up to 8 hours. The UT27 Pro comes with two batteries, so you can extend the burning time even further by replacing the first one. At full power, the searchlight has a range of up to 128 meters.

Due to its light weight, the UT27 Pro is comfortable to use for longer periods and can be charged via a power bank during use to further extend burn time. The battery case has a light that glows in the dark, which makes it easier to change batteries when there is no daylight. There are two switches on the top of the lantern, one to control the narrow beam and the other to control the wide beam. Seen from the front, the T button on the left adjusts the spotlight and the W button on the right adjusts the wide beam.

Quick guide

Insert the battery into the lantern in the correct direction (the directions of the + and - poles are marked on the housing) and close the cover.

On/Off: The light turns on and off when the W or T button on the top of the lamp is pressed for a few seconds.

Wide beam selection: When the lamp is not lit, press the W button on the top of the lamp for a few seconds. The light comes on when the wide beam is set to low. You can adjust the light output from low to high by pressing the W button.

Narrow beam selection: When the lamp is not lit, press the T button on the top of the lamp for a few seconds. The light comes on when the narrow beam is set to low beam. You can adjust the light flow from low to high by pressing the T button.

Light pattern switching: When the wide beam is on, quickly press the T button to switch to spot mode, and when the narrow beam is on, quickly press the W button to activate the wide beam.

Turbo: Turbo mode can be activated by double-clicking either the (T or W) button. To return to normal mode, briefly press one of the buttons again. If the flashlight is not used within 30 seconds of activating Turbo mode, it will return to normal power mode.

Red Light : Turn off the lantern and press either the T or W button twice to turn on the red light. When the red light is on, the turn signals can be activated by briefly pressing one of the two buttons on top of the light. To return to the steady red light, press one of the buttons again.

Charging: Connect the USB cable to a power adapter, computer or other power source and connect the other end to the USB-C port on the lamp.
