The Philips Hue Motion Sensor is a motion sensor that is used to turn on Philips Hue lights with movement. The motion sensor is intended for indoor use and is powered by a AAA battery (included) and can be easily installed anywhere in the home. As soon as the sensor detects movement, the sponsor turns on the lights, perfect for the hall, bathroom, basement and garage. With the Philips Hue app, you can choose which light scene or setting should be activated upon motion detection. Different light settings can be used for day and night. During the day, the sensor can activate a clear white light that makes you see better. At night, it can turn on a night light that emits a soft glow when you, your partner or your child get out of bed. Just enough light for you to find in the dark without waking the rest of the family.

The Philips Hue range is controlled with the Philips Hue app, which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store. The lights connect to the phone via either Bluetooth or Hue Bridge. Through the app, for example, lights can be turned on and off, dim and increase the brightness of each lamp and room, set preset light settings and more.
