Olight X9R can almost be compared to a portable flashlight - An extremely bright flashlight with a whopping 25,000 lumens that takes the concept of searchlight to a whole new level. Its enormous light performance is made possible thanks to six high-performance Cree XHP70.2 LEDs combined in a large reflector. The flashlight not only delivers an enormous brightness, but at the same time also a very impressive battery life. The replaceable battery is a whopping 6000 mAh (14.4V). Olight has always been at the forefront of high-performance flashlights. They don't disappoint this time either. The lamp is equipped with a built-in electronic thermal protection circuit that prevents the lamp from overheating and being damaged. There is also a very smart safety sensor at the front of the reflector. Should you happen to switch on the lamp by mistake with an object in front of the light image, the brightness is automatically lowered to avoid a fire. The lamp is therefore safe to use even despite its very high output.

In our light laboratory, the six Cree XHP70.2 LEDs deliver an effect of just under 25,000 lumens for about five minutes. *X9R is the first and only lamp we have tested that is able to maintain this high brightness for such a long time. No other similar lamp on the market we've tried has come close. The lamp not only delivers a high luminous flux, but also a long range of 630 meters. The lamp thus shines both far and wide, enough to illuminate even the largest areas. The lamp has several different power modes. If you turn down the brightness to second highest, it gives a very impressive 8000 lumens of constant light for 75 minutes, which alone is in a class of its own.

Quick guide

Remove the protective plastic between the battery and the contact surface of the lamp. Screw the end cap tightly. The lamp turns on with one press. The light output of the lamp can be changed by holding down the switch while the lamp is on. You can check the current power mode in the "instrument panel". Strobe mode can be accessed by quickly pressing the switch three times.

The key lock is turned on by holding the switch down while the light is off. The button locks, which prevents the lamp from being switched on intentionally. The key lock is deactivated when the button is held down for a long time.
