Olight OPEN Glow is a combined ink pen, efficient flashlight and green laser pointer. OPEN Glow has an impressive luminous flux of 120 lm with a very wide light pattern for its size. Since the light when the pen is used as a flashlight comes from the pen's clamp/clip, it enables the pen to be attached to, for example, a breast pocket during use. Quick guide

Using the pen: Slide the pen button down along the L-shaped groove until the tip of the pen is visible and locked. Then you can start writing. Release the pen button at the top of the L-shaped groove, the tip is pushed back inside the pen.

Using the clip light: Turn the light on or off by pressing the button on the end of the pen for about 1 second at the bottom. Change the power mode by pushing the slider to the bottom, and the power modes will switch in the following order: Moonlight -> Low -> Medium -> High. Release the switch at the desired power level to activate the light.

How to use the writing light: Slide the pen tip so that it is visible. Then press the button on the back of the pen, and the writing light will turn on. To turn off, press the power button again or slide the pen tip back to hide. If you want to use both the clip light and the writing light at the same time, turn on the clip light by holding down the power switch for 1 second, then pull out the tip of the pen and press the power switch again. Press the button again to turn off the lights.

Using the laser light: Make sure the tip of the pen is not visible. Push the lever on the L-shaped slot upwards to use the laser light. Release the power switch to turn off the laser.

Key lock: When the light is off, turn on the key lock by holding down the button on the back of the pen for about 2 seconds. Turn off the button lock by holding down the button again for about 2 seconds.

Charging: Slide the pen nib in and place the ink nib first in the charging dock. Connect one end of the included USB-C charging cable to the dock and the other to a computer or power adapter, for example. The indicator light on the charging dock lights up red when charging is in progress and lights up green when charging is complete.

To change the ink: Unscrew the tip of the pen, pull out the old ink tank and replace it with a new one. Since the pen's ink is a conductive part, it is firmly attached to the back. When changing pen ink, push the new pen firmly into the guide sleeve on the pen body, making sure it is pushed to the bottom.
