Plow light Strands ALASKA

Strand's Alaska is an e-marked plow light for really demanding use. The lamp has both low and high beam, and in addition a parking light and orange warning light. Alaska's modern design means it fits both newer work machines and heavier trucks. In addition to the versatile light properties, Alaska's lens is also heated, which prevents snow and ice from accumulating on the lens (e.g. when plowing, when the drift snow often settles quickly on the lamps). The lens heating starts automatically as soon as the temperature drops below 5°C. The design of the lamp means that it can be mounted on both the right and left side. The manufacturer reports the following light fluxes: High beam 1380 lm, and short beam 1008 lm. The promised range is as follows: Long beam 160 m (1 lux) and short beam 80 m (1 lux).
