Warning light Purelux Strobe Ultra Slim - 15W / 12/24V

The Purelux Strobe Ultra Slim 15W is a stylish and recessed warning/strobe light, which has been designed to be part of the equipment of heavy vehicles and work machines. Strobe Ultra Slim Square is suitable for mounting on e.g. rear, side or bumper of the vehicle. Thanks to its thin fixture and design, the Strobe Ultra Slim fits neatly and discreetly into the vehicle. Purelux Strobe Ultra Slim is equipped with twelve orange 3W LEDs with up to 8 different operating modes.

Strobe Ultra Slim 15W is approved for road traffic in accordance with the ECE R65XA2 standard. Lamps according to that standard are approved for both day and night use, so the light can be used in road traffic around the clock. In day mode, the warning light is bright enough to be easily noticed in daylight, while in night mode, the power is reduced so that it does not dazzle the driver or others moving in the area. The night mode can be turned on with the green wire coming from the light fixture. The elegant appearance combined with the small size ensures that the warning light fits practically all vehicles. The light is also protected against radio interference according to the R10 standard. Two year (24 month) warranty!

If desired, several lamps can be connected together to work together, then the lamps can be synchronized with each other. In this way, the warning lights can be made to flash in the same operating mode at the same time, so that the lighting is uniform. The lamps can be synchronized with each other by connecting the yellow wires coming from the lamp. If the white wires in addition to the yellow one are connected to the power (+) of some of the lights, they are always lit when the others (the ones that do not have the white wire connected) are off and vice versa. In this way, the lights can also be synchronized so that they flash at different speeds, i.e. alternately. In this case, for example, half of a large number of lights can be made to flash at a different time than the other half. Of course, this can also be activated with only two lights.

Note! Purelux Strobe Ultra Slim 15W is ECE R65XA2 approved, so it can be used in European road traffic! The XA2 marking in the approval means that the light has both day and night mode separately.

Coupling

• Red: Power (+)
• Black: Ground (-)
• Yellow: Synchronization, change of operating mode, reset
  • Synchronization: select the same operating mode for the lamps to be synchronized, then connect the yellow wires to the lamps. In this way, the lamps flash in the same rhythm and change operating mode (all together) when the operating mode of a lamp changes.
  • Change operating mode: Apply power (+) to the yellow wire, the lamp will change operating mode. Can be implemented with a circuit breaker (the cable is connected to the battery or other power source, and a pressure switch is inserted in between)
• White: Alternate sync
  • Alternating synchronization: If the white wires of some of the lights besides the yellow one are connected to the power (+), they are always lit when the others (white wires not connected) are off and vice versa. In this way, the lights can also be synchronized so that they flash at different rates, i.e. alternately.
