Purelux Black Raven Heat 30 is the latest addition to its manufacturer's Black Raven work light series designed for demanding professional use. The lamp approved for road traffic (R148) and reversing light (R23) is equipped with a very wide light pattern, an exceptionally durable structure and a heated lens, which enables the lens to be defrosted even in the harshest weather. In addition, the Black Raven Heat lights have an excellent corrosion-resistant Jykevä frame coated with a customized coating, which passes e.g. 240 hour NSS (Neutral Salt Spray) test. The entire series is also vibration tested with a force of 10G, which ensures durability even in heavy work use. Vibration resistance is an important feature, especially when using heavy vehicles, where the light is constantly subjected to loads and vibrations from the vehicle's frame, which cause weaker lamps to fail.

The heating of the light is controlled by its own wire, which means it can be connected as desired: to heat the lens always when the light is on, always when the vehicle is running, or behind a separate switch, meaning that the lens can be defrosted even before the light is needed. With a measured light output of 3577 lumens, Black Raven Heat 30 creates a very wide and uniform light beam that illuminates the vehicle's immediate areas efficiently. The body, which is exceptionally resistant to corrosion-prone conditions, combined with a high-quality spotlight, makes Black Raven Heat lights an excellent choice for, for example, trucks, logging trucks, snow plows, wheel loaders, and practically all such vehicles that work in the middle of road salt, mud, snow, and splashing turf.

Also worth mentioning is the 5000 kelvin color temperature of the lamps: the neutral color temperature has been researched to reduce the strain on the eyes, so that the level of alertness remains good, and even long-term work does not cause eye fatigue. In addition, the lights of the Black Raven Heat series are completely shock-resistant (tested up to 25G force), and are equipped with the best possible waterproof rating (IP67/IP69K), R148 and R23 approval, a stunning black frame, a sturdy mounting base and the TCS heat control system (Automatic Temperature Control System), which takes care of continuous operational reliability.

In terms of appearance, the Black Ravens are completely unique, and the black frame of the lens gives them an eye-catching modern look. The installation of the lights is facilitated by a sturdy mounting base, which allows the lights to be mounted practically anywhere. Wide operating voltage (10-30V) enables installation in both 12V and 24V systems. Black Raven Heats are protected against radio interference according to the R10 classification, and their R148 approval allows them to be used in road traffic also as reversing lights, so it is a very high-quality and versatile set of work lights.
