The Purelux Square HD Spot is a narrow beam version of the Purelux super popular range of work lights designed for tough professional use. The HD 160 is the largest and most robust model in the narrow beam series, which impresses with its incredibly strong luminous flux of 13,600 lumens (specified by the manufacturer) and the measured range of 378 @ 1 lux. All in all, this makes the HD 160 a very efficient work light that comes into its own in installations that require a high luminous flux, where the size of the luminaire is not an obstacle. The work lighting is particularly suitable for, for example, roof installations, dumpers, excavators and other heavy equipment. The light source in the HD 160 is 16 efficient and high-performance Osram 10W LEDs, which offer a narrow, point-like light beam with an illumination angle of only 15 degrees. A spotlight that directs a lot of light forward is useful for e.g. off-road driving, in tunnels or on large construction sites. The narrow-beam work lights in the Purelux HD series are ideal for installations that require a narrow but far-reaching beam of light. Suitable for ploughing, for work in mining areas or all-terrain vehicles. In addition, they can also be combined with wide-beam work lighting to give length to the light cone, so that the light can be directed both broadly into the immediate area and far ahead.

The HD work lighting series is designed down to the smallest detail for demanding professional use, which is also reflected in the technical characteristics, such as the carefully selected color temperature of 5000 Kelvin. The Square HD series from Purelux has a neutral 5000K color temperature that is pleasing to the eyes while maximizing sharpness and accuracy. In addition, it guarantees excellent resolution, which facilitates, for example, the observation of terrain forms and the detection of obstacles. The color temperature of 5000K is the optimal choice even for bad weather conditions, such as fog and rain. In addition to all the points mentioned above, the neutral color tone has been shown to reduce the strain on the eyes, ensuring that the alertness level remains good and that the lighting does not strain the eyes even during long periods of continuous use.

The shock and vibration resistant aluminum fixture combined with a virtually unbreakable polycarbonate lens and an advanced heat management system ensure durability even in the harshest conditions. Installation is facilitated by the integrated DT connector behind the fixture and the included DT-2 cable. All work lights in the Purelux Square HD series are equipped with an exceptionally robust mounting base, which ensures a very stable installation even in the most demanding areas of use, such as excavators, tractors or wheel loaders. In addition, the installation is supported by three mounting bolts (2 x M8 and 1 x M10). The Purelux Square HD series is completely dust and waterproof according to enclosure class IP69K, which means that they can handle even extreme conditions! Thanks to the wide operating voltage (9-32V), the lighting can be installed in both 12V and 24V systems. Two year (24 month) warranty!
