Purelux Terrain Curve 480W is the largest and most powerful model belonging to Purelux's brand new series for curved work lighting. Terrain Curve 480W is best suited to installation locations where a high luminous flux is required, and where the size of the lamp is not an obstacle. Due to its size of 127 cm, it is particularly suitable for an installation on the roof as the ramp is long! The Purelux Terrain Curve 480W belongs to the absolute pinnacle of work lighting in terms of performance – according to the manufacturer, it has a theoretical luminous flux of up to an unparalleled 40,320 lumens! For this model, the reflector technology is equipped with both flat and grooved surfaces, resulting in the work lighting forming a so-called combination light image that provides a shocking amount of light both laterally and with a long range. The measured range of the Terrain Curve 480W is 408 m @ 1 lux. Thanks to its pleasant, comprehensive and enormous light effect, the Terrain Curve 480W illuminates a large area, giving you a good overview, an excellent choice for those who want reliable work lighting even in the most challenging environments.

Due to their curved design, the reflector surfaces in the ramp direct a natural light flow also sideways, as the light pattern in curved ramps gives a wider light pattern compared to straight panels. In addition, the curved design of the ramp can be helpful in installations where a completely straight ramp can be more difficult to mount, for example in bumper or roof mounting.

In addition to a good performance, the ramps in the Terrain Curve series are made to withstand tough conditions. The powder-coated, UV-protected and durable aluminum frame can withstand use even in the toughest working environments. The lens is made of UV-protected and essentially unbreakable polycarbonate. All work lights in the Terrain Curve series are dust and waterproof according to enclosure class IP67. Two year (24 month) warranty!

The design of the work light is also worth mentioning: the Terrain Curve series has a completely flat front design, which means that there is no frame around the lens that collects snow, ice or dirt. This way, the lens stays cleaner even in bad weather conditions, and you don't have to clean it all the time. Furthermore, the design is extremely stylish with its curved frame and dark optics, ensuring a spectacular installation even on newer work machines or cars!

The Terrain Curve comes with both the traditional side mounts and the width-adjustable rail mounts under the lamp, so the mounting possibilities are almost limitless. Installation is facilitated by the DT-2 connector already in place in the work light cable and the wide operating voltage range (10-30 V) enables installation in both 12V and 24V systems. The lamp is protected against radio interference in accordance with the ECE R10 standard.

The Terrain Curve range of work lighting is available in five different size and power classes, with models for installations in both lighter and heavier work vehicles. The light pattern varies between the models - in smaller models the light pattern is consistently wide, while the light pattern in the larger models has a so-called combination light pattern, which provides light both sideways and straight ahead with a nice range.
