Charger Nitecore UI1

Nitecore UI1 is a single-slot smart battery charger that can charge most of the Li-ion/IMR batteries on the market. The charger automatically recognizes the battery inserted in it, and applies the appropriate charging method to it, selecting the correct charging voltage and stopping charging when the battery is full. The charging current of UI1 is 1A, but it can also safely charge batteries with low voltage: when a battery with a voltage below 2.9V is inserted into the charger, the charger automatically switches on a lower charging current (100 mA), so the battery is not damaged and its life cycle remains long. The three indicator lights at the end of the charger indicate the battery charge status during charging. The charger works with mains power (Micro-USB port on the side of the charger).

Manual

1. Connect the power cable to the charger.

2. Place the battery in the charger, and make sure the polarization is correct (plus and minus poles to the ends assigned to them). If the battery is placed in the charger the wrong way round, charging will not start, but 3 indicator lights will flash as a sign of a wrongly placed battery. When the battery is placed in the charger in the correct direction, charging starts after 2 seconds.

3. When the charging is finished, remove the battery from the charger and disconnect the charger from the power source.

When charging the Li-ion battery, a charger suitable for the purpose must be used. Do not use together with other brands, types or models of batteries! Do not leave the battery in the charger for more than 24 hours and always charge batteries under supervision!
