The Purelux Panther S540 Gen3 is a very powerful led bar that combines fierce performance, a combined light beam optimized for road traffic, and a stylish appearance . This light has two different power modes, thanks to which you can switch on either the more moderate power mode approved for road traffic or the PowerBoost® mode that releases all the light power. The unlimited PowerBoost® mode raises the driving experience on sections that require maximum light output to a completely new level, as the light output is measured up to 15238 lumens and the range up to 645 meters (@ 1 lux). The power mode can be changed easily by pressing the button on the body, so there is no need to make laborious connections! When the untamed performance of the Panther is combined with a great design and one of the best combination headlights on the market, it goes without saying why it takes its place at the top of its size class year after year!

"Notorious Panther performance"

Unlike usual, you don't need to connect or disconnect any extra wires to activate the lamp's different power modes, instead switching between PowerBoost® and road mode is unprecedentedly easy by pressing the button at the end of the lamp. The last used power mode remains in the lamp's "memory", and thus there is no need, for example, in road traffic use, to ensure that the lamp always turns on at maximum power, when the power is turned off in between and the car starts moving again.

Note! You can clearly see the difference between Purelux PowerBoost® and road traffic mode - PowerBoost mode is significantly more efficient and should not be used when driving in normal road traffic, only off-road.

The light beam of the Panther S540 consists of a rectangular wide main beam, which is the perfect combination of both range and width. The light beam opens right from the bow and illuminates the whole way from side to side, while the brighter main spot in the middle of the beam directs the light far ahead. In the vertical direction, the light beam is softly delimited, as usual from other lights of the Panther series, thanks to which the light is not unnecessarily lost in the sky, and a blinding ball of light does not form in front of the bow. The height of the cone is optimized to be sufficient even for hilly terrain and for roof installations of heavy equipment.

In addition to the precisely finished light beam, a feature that significantly improves the driving experience is the light's neutral color temperature of 5000 Kelvin. Neutral color temperature is optimal for road traffic, as it facilitates the observation of terrain shapes and obstacles, and does not distort the color of objects. In addition, it dazzles less cool tones from e.g. snow cover or in fog and rain, and reduces the strain on the eyes. The 5000K color temperature perfectly suits newer cars with LED or Xenon lights as standard, and brings the desired brightness and sharpness even alongside traditional halogen lights.

All in all, the Panther S540 Gen3 is an additional light developed for challenging conditions, which we dare to recommend for even the most demanding use. Thanks to its versatile size, this panel is very suitable for the front installations of cars, vans and SUVs, and due to its ferocious performance, it also fits well in the equipment of heavy equipment. With the help of several lamps, you can build, for example, a very neat and attractive "light radiator" for example on the roof! Thanks to the PowerBoost ® mode, the Purelux Panther S540 Gen3 is a button choice even on closed tracks or only for off-road vehicles.

In addition to excellent lighting properties, the Panther S540 Gen3 has been created to withstand the stresses of the environment, as evidenced by e.g. the highest possible tightness rating (IP69K), a practically unbreakable Lexa polycarbonate lens, a frame made of strong aluminum and a special coating that guarantees the panel excellent durability against UV radiation, corrosion, chemicals and changing weather conditions. In addition to protection, the high-quality coating also gives the panel body a slightly shiny surface that exudes dignity, quality and style. The wonderful overall look is crowned by the black fastening screws and dark optics, which have also been brought to the parking light in a modern way to guarantee elegance even when the panel is off.

The light comes with both the traditional end legs and the width-adjustable rail mounts below the lamp. The installation is facilitated by the ready-made DTP connector on the power cord of the panel and the ready-made fixing points for support irons on the body of the panel (the use of support irons is not necessary, if the installation can otherwise be carried out securely). The wide operating voltage range (9-36V) enables installation in both 12V and 24V systems, and the low reference number (30) enables installation alongside all standard lights without having to remove the original lights! In addition, the lamp is protected against radio interference in accordance with the ECE R10 standard. Two-year (24 months) warranty!

Note! You can buy the above complete sets either as they are OR take in addition to them the XBB OBD Dongle & PowerUnit connection relay (see product options), with which the led bar can also be connected to CAN-bus controlled lights. Instead of a traditional wiring harness, these sets come with a wiring harness with a Plug&Play-type place for the XBB relay (Relay wiring harness Purelux Dualrelay 12V, DTP). In short, the connection using the XBB relay is carried out by inserting the control device (OBD Dongle) into the OBD-II port of the car and placing the PowerUnit relay in a ready position in the supplied wiring harness next to the original relay of the wiring harness. The control device placed in the OBD port catches the high beam signal from the CAN bus and sends the information completely wirelessly to the relay in the wiring harness, which in turn controls the additional light according to this signal.
