The Purelux Panther C540 is a curved led bar designed especially for the needs of passenger cars, which represents the perfect combination of a stylish appearance, tremendous power and a wide combination light beam. The light has two different power modes, which allows you to switch on either the more moderate power mode intended for road traffic or the PowerBoost® mode that releases untamed light output, releasing up to 16332 lumens of light power in front of the vehicle and increases the range to 607 meters (@ 1 lux). The power mode can be changed easily by pressing the button on the body, so there is no need to make laborious connections! Explosive performance and a wide light pattern combined with a curved shape and a wonderful design elevate the Panther C540 to the best in its size class.

"Notorious Panther performance"

Unlike usual, no extra cord needs to be connected or disconnected to activate the lamp's different power modes, but switching between PowerBoost® and road mode is unprecedentedly easy by pressing the button at the end of the lamp. The last used power mode remains in the lamp's "memory", and thus there is no need, for example, in road traffic use, to ensure that the lamp always turns on at maximum power, when the power is turned off in between and the car starts moving again.

Note! You can clearly see the difference between Purelux PowerBoost® and road traffic mode - PowerBoost mode is significantly more efficient and should not be used when driving in normal road traffic, only off-road.

The beam of the Panther C540 consists of a rectangular wide main beam, which is the perfect combination of both range and width. Thanks to the curved design, the panel spreads light laterally over a very wide area, so that roadsides, ditches and forest edges can be illuminated effectively right from the front of the car. In the vertical direction, the light beam is softly delimited, which means that there is enough light even for driving on hilly terrain, but it is not wasted in the sky, and no disturbingly bright ball of light forms in front of the car. The height of the cone is optimized to be sufficient even for hilly terrain and for roof installations of heavy equipment.

The differences between the curved and straight Panther can be found in the width of the light beam: in both cases, the beam is sufficient to illuminate the entire road from side to side, but the curved body opens up the main light beam even more than the straight model, maximizing the width, while the straight panel offers maximum range. In the curved panel, the main beam in the middle is approx. 50% wider than in the straight one, so the difference is not great, but if the goal is to find the widest possible light pattern, the curved panel is the right choice. If, on the other hand, you want a bit more range, the direct model is a suitable choice. When choosing between these two models, you should also pay attention to the installation location, i.e. if the additional light is installed on the bow, you should choose the one that fits the design of your vehicle better.

Along with the precisely finished light beam, a feature that significantly improves the driving experience is the light's neutral color temperature of 5000 Kelvin. Neutral color temperature is optimal for road traffic, as it facilitates the observation of terrain shapes and obstacles, and does not distort the color of objects. In addition, it dazzles less cool tones from e.g. snow cover or in fog and rain, and reduces the strain on the eyes. The 5000K color temperature perfectly matches newer cars with standard LED or Xenon lights, and brings the desired brightness and sharpness even alongside traditional halogen lights.

Panther C540 is an additional light developed for challenging conditions, which we dare to recommend even for the most demanding use. Thanks to its versatile size, it is very suitable for front installations of cars, vans and SUVs. Of course, the light is also suitable for equipping heavy equipment, as the versatile size enables the construction of a very neat and attractive "light array" e.g. on the roof with the help of two or more lamps! Thanks to the PowerBoost mode, the Purelux Panther C540 is a button choice even on closed tracks or for vehicles traveling only off-road.

In addition to excellent lighting properties, the Panther C540 has been created to withstand the stresses of the environment, as evidenced by e.g. the highest possible tightness rating (IP69K), a practically unbreakable Lexa polycarbonate lens, a frame made of strong aluminum and a special coating that guarantees the panel excellent durability against UV radiation, corrosion, chemicals and changing weather conditions. In addition to protection, the high-quality coating also gives the panel body a slightly shiny surface that exudes dignity, quality and style. The wonderful overall look is crowned by black mounting screws and dark optics, which have also been brought to the parking light in a modern way to guarantee elegance even when the panel is off.

The light comes with both the traditional end legs and the width-adjustable rail mounts below the lamp. The installation is facilitated by the ready-made DTP connector in the panel's power cord and the ready-made fixing points for the support irons in the panel's frame (the use of support irons is not necessary, if the installation can otherwise be carried out securely). The wide operating voltage range (9-36V) enables installation in both 12V and 24V systems, and the low reference number (25) enables installation alongside all standard lights without having to remove the original lights! In addition, the lamp is protected against radio interference in accordance with the ECE R10 standard. Two-year (24 months) warranty!

Note! You can buy the above complete sets either as they are OR take in addition to them the XBB OBD Dongle & PowerUnit connection relay (see product options), with which the led bar can also be connected to CAN-bus controlled lights. Instead of a traditional wiring harness, these sets come with a wiring harness with a Plug&Play-type place for the XBB relay (Relay wiring harness Purelux Dualrelay 12V, DTP). In short, the connection using the XBB relay is carried out by inserting the control device (OBD Dongle) into the OBD-II port of the car and placing the PowerUnit relay in a ready position in the supplied wiring harness next to the original relay of the wiring harness. The control device placed in the OBD port catches the high beam signal from the CAN bus and sends the information completely wirelessly to the relay in the wiring harness, which in turn controls the led bar according to this signal.
