The Purelux Panther C800 is a curved led bar designed for the needs of both cars and heavy equipment, which represents the perfect combination of stylish appearance, ferocious power and a wide combination light beam. The light has two different power modes, thanks to which it is possible to switch on either the more moderate power mode intended for road traffic or the PowerBoost® mode that releases untamed light power, which releases a light power of up to 23453 lumens in front of the vehicle and increases the range to 629 meters (@ 1 lux). The power mode can be changed easily by pressing the button on the body, so there is no need to make laborious connections! Explosive performance and a wide composite light pattern combined with a curved shape and a wonderful design elevate the Panther C800 to the best in its size class.

"Notorious Panther performance"

Unlike usual, no extra cord needs to be connected or disconnected to activate the lamp's different power modes, but switching between PowerBoost® and road mode is unprecedentedly easy by pressing the button at the end of the lamp. The last used power mode remains in the lamp's "memory", and thus there is no need, for example, in road traffic use, to ensure that the lamp always turns on at maximum power, when the power is turned off in between and the car starts moving again.

Note! You can clearly see the difference between Purelux PowerBoost® and road traffic mode - PowerBoost mode is significantly more efficient and should not be used when driving in normal road traffic, only off-road.

The Panther C800's beam consists of a rectangular wide main beam, which is the perfect combination of both range and width. Thanks to its curved design, the bar spreads light laterally over a very wide area, effectively illuminating roadsides, ditches and wooded areas from the front. In the vertical direction, the beam is softly delimited, making it optimal for bow installations in particular. However, despite the vertically limited beam, there is also sufficient light for driving on hilly terrain and for roof-mounted heavy equipment.

The difference between the curved and the straight Panther is the beam: both models have enough beam to illuminate the whole road from side to side, but the curved bar has a main beam that is about 50% wider and is slightly more limited vertically than the straight model. The area effectively illuminated is therefore wider in the curved model, while the straight model maximises the beam's range. If the aim is to find the widest possible light pattern, the curved bar is the right choice, while if a little more range is desired, the straight bar is the right choice. Because the curved design has a straighter beam from the top and bottom, it is a slightly better option for really low installations.

Along with the precisely finished light beam, a feature that significantly improves the driving experience is the light's neutral color temperature of 5000 Kelvin. Neutral color temperature is optimal for road traffic, as it facilitates the observation of terrain shapes and obstacles, and it does not distort the color of objects. In addition, it dazzles less cool tones from e.g. snow cover or in fog and rain, and reduces the strain on the eyes. The 5000K color temperature perfectly matches newer cars with standard LED or Xenon lights, and brings the desired brightness and sharpness even alongside traditional halogen lights.

In addition to excellent lighting properties, the Panther 800 has been created to withstand the stresses of the environment, as evidenced by e.g. the highest possible tightness rating (IP69K), a practically unbreakable Lexa polycarbonate lens, a frame made of strong aluminum and a special coating that guarantees the bar excellent durability against UV radiation, corrosion, chemicals and changing weather conditions. In addition to protection, the high-quality coating also gives the bar body a slightly shiny surface that exudes dignity, quality and style. The wonderful overall look is crowned by the black fastening screws and dark optics, which have also been brought to the parking light in a modern way to guarantee elegance even when the bar is off.

The light comes with both the traditional end legs and the width-adjustable rail mounts below the lamp. The installation is made easier by the ready-made attachment points for support irons in the bar body (the use of support irons is not necessary, if the installation can otherwise be carried out securely). The wide operating voltage range (9-36V) enables installation in both 12V and 24V systems. In addition, the lamp is protected against radio interference in accordance with the ECE R10 standard.
